Return policy

All returns must be authorized by Sibilia  via email. Please contact us at HOLA@SIBILIA-ACCS.COM to request a return. Return requests must be made within seven days of delivery. All returns must be received within seven days of our email confirming authorization. Sibilia has the right to refuse return of items that do not meet return policy requirements. All merchandise purchased “on sale” or at a discounted price are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
